Get like our long-haired Royal princesses and create the perfect sexy waves. Straight off the AW11 catwalks the retro romantic look takes reference from the soft sexy styling of the 1940s as seen at Basso & Brookes – where the TIGI Session Team, led by Nick Irwin created elegant cascading waves that perfectly complimented the sexiness of the clothes with their stand-out prints and strong references to nature.

• Blow dry hair smooth.
• On dry hair, spray with Catwalk by TIGI Session Series Transforming Dry Shampoo to give a voluminous base.
• Low side partings are key.
• Section hair, spray with Session Series Hair Spray and set vertically on heated rollers around the head.
• Leave hair to become completely cold.
• Remove the rollers and very gently brush through the hair with a bristle brush to create elegant waves.
• Take a small amount of Session Series Wax and very lighting smooth over the crown area with the palms of the hands.
• On the parting side, tuck the hair behind the ear and lightly re-spray with Session Series Hair Spray.
